Today, we bring to your table the tasty Cocopine juice, and as the name suggests, it is a combination of two fruits, coconut and pineapple. The process involved in making this juice is not a long one either.

Ingredients

  • A cup of water (chilled preferably)
  • Fresh Pineapple
  • Coconut
  • Lemon (optional)

Method

  • Wash the pineapple to get rid of sand and other particles.
  • Peel the pineapple skin off and cut it into smaller pieces and put it in the blender.
  • Crack the coconut open. Drain the coconut water and set it aside. Take out the food and add to the pineapple.
  • Add a cup of cold water and possibly, ice cubes.
  • Blend the mixture.
  • Separate the Chaff after blending thrice to obtain only the juice.
  • Add the coconut water and squeeze a little lemon juice to taste.

Your Cocopine juice is ready.
