About the Rotary Club of Accra-Premier International
As a humanitarian organization, the Rotary Club of Accra-Premier International brings together corporate and professional leaders to serve the community, develop morality, and foster world peace and harmony. The club is newly formed and will have members from the international community who are living in Ghana, and want to serve and support the needs of Under Privileged in Ghana.
Being part of Rotary International, the Rotary Club of Accra-Premier International does not fall short of its goal of bringing together resources and professional leaders in order to provide community service, promote integrity, and advance goodwill, peace, and understanding in Ghana.
Lending a Helping Hand is the way of Accra-Premier International
The Rotary Club of Accra-Premier International visited the Shelter for Abused Children with guests and partners in order to donate a variety of things in cooperation with the Rotary clubs of Accra Industrial. The joint donation by the rotary clubs is the result of an idea from the Service project committees as well as a response to a request from the Shelter home, in response to which donations of a variety of goods, including stationery, clothes, toys, detergents, sanitisers, mosquito nets, food, first aid supplies, and other medications were made.
Furthermore, at the location of the Forestry Commission Office, the Rotary Clubs of Accra-Premier International and Accra-Industrial oversaw the planting of about 50 seedlings of several tree species, including Afram, Mahogany, Acacia, Birhania, and Gmylina, among others. The clubs have fulfilled their duty as environmental stewards by doing this.
Armed with passion, dedication and the desire to make the world a better place, The Rotary Club of Accra-Premier International extends its help to underprivileged children in the areas of health and education, judging by the projects executed in the country.
Charter Ceremony
As a newly formed club with already some projects to its name, it is only fitting that it officially recognizes its new members and welcomes new ones. On that note, the Rotary Club of Accra-Premier International is organizing the Charter ceremony to induct the new members of the club and as well raise funds for upcoming projects to support Senior Higher Secondary schools in Ghana with mechanised water systems.
The event is scheduled for 6.00 pm on Saturday, 27th August 2022 at Caesar’s Court Multiplex, Ridge, Accra, and is expected to be attended by over 200 senior members of Corporate Ghana.
