It contains nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids which help build and keep a healthy body. Preparing tuna salad doesn’t require far-fetched ingredients. To prepare this, you need:

  • Canned tuna flakes (about 4-5)
  • Onions
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic
  • Relish of your choice
  • Salt and powdered pepper to taste.
  • Boiled eggs(sliced)
  • Celery/Green bell pepper

Method

  • Wash onions, garlic and celery or green pepper and chop into neat pieces.
  • Separate the oil from the tuna flakes and put the tuna in a bowl.
  • Add the chopped vegetables, mayonnaise and sliced egg to the tuna and mix well.
  • Add the salt and pepper to taste.
