Dancehall musician Shatta Wale is prepared to put aside his differences and collaborate once more with Diamond Michelle, his ex-girlfriend and son’s mother.
This comes after his ex, a.k.a. Michy, was photographed flashing the Shatta Movement (SM) symbol during the Sunday concert for 2022 Ashaiman to the World.
At the event hosted by Stonebwoy, a musician who is thought of as Shatta Wale’s adversary, Michy took the stage.
Shatta Wale posted the image to his Instagram page and expressed his pleasure at seeing Michy stand in for the Movement.
“This is how it should be done…We built this “Symbol of hope”. Thank you. Now I can sleep,” he wrote.
Shatta Wale added that he would be thrilled to collaborate with Michy once more.
The two have previously collaborated on several songs, including “Low Tempo” and “Go Shordy.”
“In fact, let’s do another song. This time I won’t pay you in kind but cash. Kudos to BHIM nation.”
In January 2019, Shatta Wale and Michy called it quits. The breakup, incidentally, came after the former had popped the question to her during his Reign concert in December 2018.
