The Founder of The Art of Living, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, has urged individuals to give back to society to bring about joy as there is happiness in giving.
He said this in an event held at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) dubbed “Happiness 3.0” on Wednesday, August 17. According to him, if people gave education to young people, it would help them realize their potential to take leadership roles, which, in the long run, would help bring happiness to them and also to others.
Happiness brings peace to the soul, mind, and body and also creates an expansion in the ordinary person’s life…the individual should keep the balance of mind, accept people’s intuitions as they are, do not punish yourself over someone’s mistake, and use emotional happiness among others to make oneself happy.

Furthermore, the Deputy Health Minister, Hon. Mahama Asei Seini stated that the program would go a long way to helping people see the need to be happy to bring progress to humanity.
He continued that as a country, there should be a facility that provides happiness to free the mind and bring about good health.
If you are feeling hungry, you go to a restaurant and eat. If you want to exercise your body, you go to a stadium and play. But when you want mental freedom, where will you go? If we start creating such a facility and training people, it will help us to even release stress.
The Deputy Health Minister stressed.
The High Commissioner of India, Sugandh Rajaram, also stated that India would continue to strengthen its relationship with Ghana in terms of what India is known for. He continued that with what India has achieved for the past seventy-five years, they would do their best to share it with Ghana.
In addition to having India being the largest democracy, I.T. superpower, health care, pharmacy, happiness, among others, we will share the country to strengthen the relationship with Ghana, and this will bring our two peoples and culture together.

Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar awarded the Rebecca Foundation for enhancing the economic status of women and literacy in children. He also awarded Richmond Kennedy Quarcoo for protecting the coast against rubber waste with Human Values Awards, among others.
It was a memorable event which marked professional and cultural integration between India and Ghana. It is amazing to see a spiritual master from another continent get such a mass appeal in Ghana. This goes to prove that spirituality is beyond race, caste, creed and ethnicity.
